I am Isis the Nubian. Auset. The Great Cosmic Star
Goddess. Mother of all. Black Virgin I belong to myself.

am the Silent Serpent, my stinging venom the poison and
the antidote. Veiled. I see all. I am the sacred whore. My
honey coated thighs intoxicating, sweet, dangerous. I am

Black Isis is seen in the African Mami Wata. Mami Wata
is a goddess of waters associated with rivers, rains and
rainbows. She is seen as a snake, a beautiful woman with
snakes wrapped around her or as a mermaid. She is the
goddess of wisdom, creativity, beauty, truth, sexuality,
magic, healing and divination. Like all forces of nature
Mami Wata is wild, unpredictable and can be frightening.
This Iseum is Dedicated to Black Isis and honors
Goddesses of all spiritual traditions.
